What is ITB Coaching?
ITB Coaching use’s the ITB 5 Pillars to provide timeless information, dynamic support, and seasoned guidance for anyone undertaking the adventure of recovery or personal transformation. Since none of us come into the world with a How to Be Human manual we at ITB hope to decrease the confusion and strife. ITB Coaching sessions are tailored to the clients background, their goals, and what they are struggling with.
Each session includes a check-in for the client, education on how the Pillars can support the clients process, Q&A with your coach, ongoing “home work,” and a check-out.
Who benefits from ITB Coaching?
Anyone interested in living a juicy life!
Anyone going through any form of recovery (physical, psychological, spiritual).
Anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, numbness, or suicide.

How often should I be coached?
We suggest a commitment of at least 1 session every 3 weeks. You’ll see benefits within a few sessions AND a long term commitment of a few years to really see the depth and breadth of your integration and development.
Sessions are scheduled in 1-1.5hr increments as needed.
How much does it cost?
The usual cost for ITB Coaching sessions is $85/hr. Starting in May 2020 thru August 2020, ITB is offering a “pay what you can” modal of compensation. This means that we start with a base cost of $45 and invite you to pay more as your finances allow. Please feel free to make a more generous offering than the usual amount if you see fit.
