ITB Study Groups offer community, exploration, and insight.
ITB LMT Practice Day
Made specificly for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT’s) that have completed ITB level 1 CE course. This day will be packed with hands-on practice, engagement of any and all ITB material, and Q&A with an ITB Steward or Lead Instructor.

ITB Integral Theory Pillar group
For all those interested in Integral Theory -whether novice or seasoned- this pillar group will provide ample opportunity to explore how Integral Theory vivifies our life.
Join us as we partner with Atlanta based, The Origin Project to present an embodied experience of Integral consciousness. Combining Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory and Jean Gebser’s Integral Philosophy, the goal of the evening will be to gain a better understanding of what it is to perceive this emerging consciousness structure through a phenomenological, cognitive and sensory approach.
This gathering hopes to provide community, education, and practice on Integral Theory.
An ITB rep will provide practices, information, and experience in this pillar.
Discussions, games, deep dives, reflections, and socials are all part of these gatherings.

ITB Dreamers
Join ITB Steward, Sarah Kat Daniel and ITB Founder, Koshin Geoff West for the first of its kind Dreamers gathering.
The ITB Dreamers gathering is an opportunity to share, explore, and collaborate with others on dreams and their impact in our life. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and any oddball or compelling dreams to be explored and unpacked (with your consent of course).
Your ITB hosts will offer education and techniques in dream unpacking, enhancing dream experiences, and support your general inquiry.
This gathering -like all ITB gatherings- will ask of everyone certain levels of intimacy, consent, and confidentiality. No one is expected to disclose if they don't feel like it. We at ITB understand that often the greatest insights come from simply listening to others as they explore.
Donations appreciated. All proceeds go to future ITB community gatherings.
